1. Pricing and taxes
A quote or checkout must show the selected plan, billing currency, included capacity, seat quantity, usage allowance, overages, tax treatment, renewal cadence and total payable. The current landing-page packages are indicative only unless an actual accepted order states prices.
No charge is deemed received from a browser success screen alone. Provider verification and settlement/ledger evidence control the financial status.
2. Subscription changes and cancellation
Customers must have a clear route to request cancellation, renewal changes and billing disputes. The effective cancellation date, proration, notice period and any minimum term must be stated in the order and comply with applicable consumer laws.
Subscription cancellation does not automatically delete legally required billing/audit records; source retention follows the separately agreed schedule.
3. Work-order funding and overages
Autonomous jobs must be explicitly priced or budget-capped before execution. No silent increase in scope or spend is permitted; a cap exception requires a recorded customer authorisation.
Failed or partially completed work is handled under the accepted scope and change-order terms. A draft usage event or an unverified payment notification cannot fund a new job.
4. Refunds, chargebacks and law
Refund eligibility depends on whether services were provided, the agreed order and mandatory statutory rights. Any applicable cooling-off rights, including electronic transaction consumer rights, must be assessed for the specific purchaser and type of service; this policy does not displace such rights.
Customers may submit invoice disputes to the published billing contact. Vidabug will provide available invoice, activity and payment records for reasonable reconciliation.
