The Complete Launch Package is one job that tests your app, repairs the defects it can prove, checks each repair, and films the finished app.
The order of work
- Connect a repository (and the live address, if there is one).
- Analysis: Vidabug reads the code and maps the features into chapters.
- Estimate: you see every line of the price, and approve it.
- Test: each chapter, as a new user.
- Repair: each defect within scope, with the cause recorded.
- Retest: each repair, with before and after screenshots.
- Repair branch: the fixes are committed to a separate branch, if you authorised it.
- Video: the app is filmed working, with narration and captions.
- Delivery: the video, the report, the patch and a pull request to review.
What you approve
- the chapters and the type of video;
- the estimate, before any money is taken from your balance;
- whether Vidabug may push repair branches.
What you receive
- the narrated video, captions, transcript and step guide;
- a report of every defect: steps, screenshots, cause, fix and retest;
- the repair branch and its pull request, or a patch file;
- PDF and Word versions of the report.
Paying for it
Pay as you go from a funded balance. A hold is placed when the job starts; you are charged what it used, and the rest is released. If a job fails, the hold is returned in full.
