05 · QUESTIONS
Good to know
What do I earn on?
On what your customers pay Vidabug (packages, top-ups, renewals), before tax, for the first 12 months after they sign up. Every payment counts, not only the first.
How is a customer tied to me?
When someone follows your link, a first-party cookie remembers you for 60 days. If they create a workspace in that time, they are your customer. You can also share links to any page, including the sample videos.
When can I withdraw?
Each commission waits 30 days in case of a refund, then joins your available balance. Withdraw from $50 by PayPal, bank transfer, Wise or Vidabug credit. Credit is paid instantly, with a bonus.
What if a customer is refunded?
The commission on the refunded amount is taken back. If it was already withdrawn, it is taken from your next earnings.
What is not allowed?
Referring yourself or your own company, bidding on the Vidabug name in search ads, unsolicited email, misleading claims, and bought or automated traffic. Accounts that break the terms are suspended and their unpaid commissions withheld.
Is there a cost?
No. Joining is free, and so is everything in your partner centre.
